Description
Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), the aromatic dried flower buds are used sparingly in cooking either whole or ground form. Cloves could be added to enhance almost any sauce of side dish, mostly ground up along with other spices, particularly cinnamon to create refreshing flavour and powerful aroma. With green cardamoms, cloves are also used to flavour strong cup of tea in Asian cuisines. It is also a painkiller for dental emergencies while using widely to relieve digestive problems such as vomiting and diarrhea.
